An award-winning force in digital services, Scrumconnect Consulting today unveiled its partnership with Workday, Inc.—a pioneering platform using AI to help businesses better manage their people and finances. This new relationship underpins Scrumconnect’s focus on delivering smarter, data-driven public service solutions.
This new partnership will initially concentrate on growing Workday’s presence across local councils, higher education, and the NHS—sectors where integrated digital platforms are critical to efficient, user-centred services.
Scrumconnect currently supports some of the government’s most crucial digital initiatives, with involvement in 16 of the CDDO’s key services. Now, with a new Workday Centre of Excellence being established in Newcastle, Scrumconnect aims to help public service providers make the most of their ERP investments.
“As an SME that is deeply engrained in the public sector, we’re uniquely positioned to offer fresh perspectives and integration capabilities to Workday customers,” says Shilpa Kaluti, co-founder and CFO at Scrumconnect. “We aim to be a true partner to customers, helping them to maximise Workday’s potential, streamline operations, and stay ahead of change.”
As a Workday Partner, Scrumconnect will be helping organisations without in-house Workday expertise in three key areas as part of Workday Application Management Services (AMS):
-
Build: Supporting the setup and integration of systems for long-term efficiency.
-
Run: Providing dependable management and maintenance, especially during system updates.
-
Enhance: Delivering ongoing expert advice, skills training and performance improvement.
To support senior public leaders managing Workday long-term, Scrumconnect has launched a new guide, What Follows Implementation?, available now on its website. The resource helps CIOs, CFOs, and COOs make informed decisions about optimising Workday for lasting impact.
Workday HCM and Financial Management continue to underpin modern organisational agility, offering real-time insights and adaptive infrastructure suited to fast-moving public services.
