The 23-year-old has rarely put a foot wrong in the Real Betis starting lineup, helping the club to the Final Four in this competition and remain in the top-five race in La Liga. Although several Premier League clubs are circling for Cardoso’s services this summer, staying at Real Betis might be best for his current development.
With Real Betis aiming to make use of their home field advantage against Fiorentina, expect Cardoso to stay in the XI and bring a strong work rate to the mix.
