It’s a big night for Nottingham Forest as they look to maintain their push for a Champions League place.
Nuno Espirito Santo’s men can join Chelsea and Newcastle on 63 points with a victory, just one shy of third-placed Manchester City, with the top five joining the European elite next season.
Forest haven’t been in great form, though, having lost three of their last four in the league while they also went down 2-0 to City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup.
City will play Palace in the final after The Eagles thrashed Aston Villa 3-0 last weekend.
It was Palace’s first win in five games, hampering their bid to qualify for Europe via their league position.

Nuno makes two changes to the team that went down 2-0 at home to Brentford on Thursday night, with one enforced.
Winger Callum Hudson-Odoi misses out after coming off at half-time against the Bees complaining of a hamstring problem – Nicolas Dominguez comes in – while Ibrahim Sangare replaces Ryan Yates in midfield.
