David Beckham has long been open about his experience with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
But the football superstar has admitted he’s “so organised” thanks to the disorder that it sometimes “annoys” his wife Victoria Beckham and their family.
Speaking at a panel event in Miami as he launched his new brand IM8, Page Six reported Beckham said, “It annoys my wife, at times. It annoys my kids, at times.”

“I am very organised to the point where it’s quite tiring every single day, because I am so organised.”
Beckham, who played for England’s national team, Manchester United and Real Madrid throughout his career, is believed to have first spoken about his OCD with ITV back in 2006.
The athlete also reportedly said in a preview for his 2023 Netflix documentary, Beckham, that he cleans before he goes to bed while his family is sleeping.

“The fact that when everyone’s in bed I then go around, clean the candles, turn the lights on to the right setting, make sure everywhere is tidy,” he said.
“I hate coming down in the morning and there’s cups and plates and, you know, bowls.”
According to the Better Health Channel, OCD is an anxiety disorder where sufferers have “obsessions” and “compulsions”.
In a matter of weeks, Beckham is set to celebrate his milestone 50th birthday.
Celebrating a few weeks early, he and Spice Girl Victoria threw a star-studded birthday party in Miami.
