International Battery Metals (OTCPK:IBATF) has announced the appointment of Joseph A. Mills to serve as CEO and a member of the board, effective April 7, 2025.
Mills succeeds Iris Jancik, who was named CEO of IBAT in August 2024.
Mills has over 40 years of experience in oil & gas upstream, midstream and mineral businesses, and has led numerous M&A transactions, served as CEO of three public companies and two private exploration & production companies.
