Lawyer reacts to Tufts University student being denied bond

ACLU lawyer Jessie Rossman told CNN’s Pamela Brown that she believes an immigration judge denying bond to Tufts University student Rümeysa Öztürk is “a complete violation of due process and rule of law.” Ozturk has been detained in Louisiana for three weeks for what her lawyers say is retaliation for an op-ed she co-wrote in the student newspaper.
