Facing a depleted starting rotation, the Milwaukee Brewers have seen their options dwindle with seven starting pitchers currently on the injured list.
To add needed depth, they dove into the trade market early, acquiring 24-year-old right-hander Quinn Priester from the Boston Red Sox.
Priester, a 2019 first-round pick of the Pittsburgh Pirates, faced challenges finding his stride — even after joining the Red Sox in 2024 — but has hit his groove early in Milwaukee.
