Locked on 33 points apiece, victory will lift Everton or West Ham up to 13th in the table.

Everton have no fresh injury concerns to report following their 1-1 draw at Wolves.

Vladimir Coufal (hamstring) could return for West Ham if he passes a late fitness check.

Stat Attack
- Everton have claimed seven points in their last five meetings against West Ham (W2, D1, L2).
- West Ham have won four of their last six league visits to Everton (W4, L2).
- There has never been two consecutive goalless draws between Everton and West Ham across all competitions.
- Beto has scored four goals in Everton’s last three home games (W1, D2).
- Jarrod Bowen has scored in both of West Ham’s last two away trips (W1, L1).
Prediction
With just one loss in nine league matches since David Moyes’ return to Goodison, Everton certainly have found strong momentum in attack but their defensive lapses has denied them more wins, so I would like to see them now focus on consolidating their defence more especially after a cagey draw at Wolves.
West Ham meanwhile are in a similar boat of rebuilding under Graham Potter much like Everton are under Moyes, but they’ve not been as consistent which was evident in a sloppy defeat to Newcastle, where their lack of desire was evident unlike the Magpies who have a top-four finish to fight for this season.
In fact this fixture already has an end-of-season aurora to it as neither team have anything to play for as can’t chase European qualification and are almost certainly safe, so I do expect another cagey battle but this time with goals.
Prediction: Everton 1-1 West Ham
